Law has emerged as one of the major professions in USA over the past few years. It would be safe to say that over 70% of the students opt for law as a subject and pursue it as a full time career. One need not become a lawyer mandatory to be in this field. There are paralegals, legal secretaries, recruitment consultants, and law students looking for internships etc and with the importance of specialization raising so much, there are so many different practice areas to work for. Hence it becomes tougher to find the proper talent, retain them, and keep them satisfied because they are very crucial for the success of any law firm.
